The Brewery
We take you inside one of Sofia’s hidden independent micro-breweries — a place you simply wouldn’t find on your own. This isn’t a bar or a tasting room. It’s a real working production space where the brewer meets the group in person, walks you through the facility and explains exactly how each beer is made — the ingredients, the process and the philosophy behind the brewery. Four craft beers are included, selected based on what’s freshest and available that season.

Your Local Brewery Guide
Your English-speaking guide meets you at your accommodation and stays with you throughout the tour. They coordinate everything with the brewery, make sure the group is comfortable and give you local tips for the rest of your trip.

A private door-to-door transfer in a licensed minibus is included both ways. The brewery is outside the city centre — no taxis, no navigation, no stress. Just show up and enjoy the ride.
