What’s included in the Rakia Tasting in Sofia
Rakia is the typical Bulgarian spirit / brandy. It’s made of fruits where grape, apricot and plums are the most common and popular ones. You can find it in supermarkets at around 40º.
It’s also homemade and these can be stronger by reaching 50 or even 60º.
Our Rakia Tasting in Sofia includes 5 glasses of 25ml with local appetizers in a private room of a cool wine bar / restaurant.
The tasting will be made by a Bulgarian Rakia specialist who will guide you through this tasting experience.
If you are willing to discover a new type of spirit and explore new tastes then our Rakia Tasting in Sofia is perfect for you.
We usually do it after the day activities and before a great Bulgarian traditional dinner.
Your local guide will wait for you at your accommodation and be with you during the entire time of the activity.
Not included as the venue where we will do the rakia tasting is super central.
If by chance your accommodation is not in the center we can help with arranging taxis.
Around 2-3 hours door to door.
